Last June I had the pleasure of photographing Brenda and Dyllan’s maternity session as they awaited their sweet baby girl. With June right around the corner again, I thought it would be the perfect time to share a few favorites so you can see just how beautiful early summer sessions can be.

These pictures were taken here at the studio, which allowed us to do both inside studio pictures as well as outside pictures during their session. The soft June light and blooming flowers made the perfect setting for their outdoor images.

I photographed Brenda’s senior pictures years ago, so getting to capture this special season for her growing family was such an honor. I knew her maternity session would be just as beautiful — and it truly was. The excitement of welcoming their little girl made these pictures so special.

Christmas

Blakely has grown so fast! It’s hard to believe this sweet little girl was still in her mommy’s tummy just a few months earlier during their maternity session.

Seeing families come back throughout the year and getting to capture all these milestones is one of my favorite parts of my job. From maternity pictures, to newborn pictures, and now Christmas memories, it has been such a joy watching Brenda and Dyllan’s beautiful family grow.

Blakely was full of personality for her Christmas session. She is absolutely precious, and I loved getting to photograph her again.

A Mother's Day Session is Perfect time to Bring Gramma

Grandma joined in on a few pictures. These sessions are always so special because they capture generations together and memories that families will treasure for years to come.

It was so sweet seeing everyone together with Blakely as she continues to grow so quickly.

She is surrounded by so much love, and you can already tell how adored she is by her entire family.
