Double the Fun!

I love shooting senior pictures! And these two are no exception. I met their gramma at her garage sale last year and we just hit it off. She loves gardening too. I bought a few of her hanging baskets which you'll see if you come to the studio, they are hanging on my back lean to. Through our conversation, I found out she needed senior pictures done for her granddaughters. And that's where these pictures started. The girls couldn't be more different, which makes this and every session I do a challenge for me which is why I love my job. My goal is to bring out their personality. Our first session is a getting to know you session and it helps to get the senior more relaxed once they "get used to me, and how I work." I like the first session we did here. We started out at the studio in the back of the property and then went to Detroit. Girls did great but you could tell still a little shy. Then my favorites! The following week we went Sterling State Park and they just had a blast. It shows in the pictures. So keep scrolling until you get to those. You can tell they just had fun! That's how I know I did my job.

The Bird

Lily wanted the bird in her picture. I think she secretly likes birds because her sister hates them. I found that out when we were at Sterling. Leah was running from them. And not chasing them as many do.
