Options
I'm so excited to share a peek at my first three sessions of the upcoming Christmas season! I hope this blog helps you see the differences between the session options and gives you a better idea of which one might be the perfect fit for your family!
Our first session is a full Christmas session, which gives us plenty of time to have fun and get creative! You'll have the opportunity to use all the available backgrounds, change outfits, and capture a variety of poses and groupings, whether it's individual pictures of the kids, siblings together, or the whole family. Want to get all the cousins together for a special picture for Grandma? Or maybe capture several generations in one beautiful Christmas photo? A full session is perfect for those larger family groupings and special combinations you don't always have time for in a mini session!
A full session also gives me more time to play with different lighting styles, creating a beautiful variety of looks and capturing everything from those sweet, traditional portraits to the fun, candid moments that show everyone's personality!
The pictures below are just a small sampling of what this family received! Their final gallery included many more images, but I wanted to share a nice variety so you can get a feel for everything we can capture during a full session.
I hope these examples help you picture your own Christmas session! If you have any questions or need help deciding which session is right for you, please don't hesitate to reach out to the studio. I'd love to help you create some beautiful Christmas memories!
Bring Toys
To add a little extra Christmas magic, I have a special wooden box and two Santa bags filled with fun surprises for the kids to open during their photos! It’s a fun way to capture those genuine smiles, excited expressions, and sweet moments of wonder while keeping the little ones engaged. Sometimes the best pictures happen when the kids are simply having fun and enjoying a little Christmas magic! 🎄
Mini Session
Below is an example of a mini session even though we did more. A mini session is 20 minutes and you will receive all pictures taken.
More Options!!!
We did a full session, but if we had used just the Christmas background shown above, it would have been considered a mini session, and you still would have received even more pictures!
Want a Non-Christmas Background?
No problem! If you'd like to include a non-Christmas background in your session, just let Sheri know when you book so we can plan ahead!
Changing backgrounds requires extra setup time before and after your session, so these requests may be limited on weekends. Weekend spots fill up quickly, and availability for special setups is limited.
We'll do our best to accommodate your request! ❤️
Micro Session
Quick in and out session - Only 10 pictures. These were the only pictures the client received. I was very selective of what I took for them. I took a few extras and chose the best ones.
Let's Make Some Christmas Memories! 🎄
I hope these examples have helped you find the perfect Christmas session for your family!
Whether it's a quick micro, a mini session or a full session, my goal is to capture genuine smiles, sweet moments, and memories you'll treasure for years to come.
The kids won't stay little forever, but these memories can last a lifetime!
If you have any questions, please reach out to the studio. I can't wait to see everyone and make a little Christmas magic together!
